GENERAL CLEAN 

Available daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly. 

Reception areas 

• Reception counters dusted and fingerprint removed 
• Pictures and art deco dusted 
• Table tops dusted and polished 
• Magazines organised 
• Vacuum clean carpet/mop hard floors 
• Waste bin emptied 

Office/ Conference rooms 

• Desks dusted 
• Carpets vacuumed/floor moped 
• Filing cabinets wiped down 
• Window sills wiped down 
• Phones and Computers wiped down 
• Door glass cleaned 
• Bookcases/book spines dusted 
• Light fixtures dusted or wiped down 
• Waste bin emptied 

Staff room 

• All surfaces including sofas / chairs/tables wiped down 
• Waste bin emptied 
• Vacuum Clean and mop hard floors. 

Toilet/washroom 

• Toilets cleaned and sanitized 
• Mirrors polished
• Countertops cleaned and sanitized 
• Soap and towel dispensers wiped down 
• Wash hand basin cleaned, tap polished 
• Hard floors mopped 
• Waste bin emptied 

Kitchen 

• Tables and Countertops wiped down 
• Taps and sinks cleaned and polished 
• Refrigerator exterior cleaned 
• Microwave exterior cleaned

Toilet/washroom

All cleanings include high-touch-point sanitation with disinfectant to reduce the spread of germs.(excluding telephones, computer, monitors and keyboards, which are only dusted) 

OFFICE EXTRAS: 

Refrigerator interior cleaning: £30 each 

Microwave interior cleaning: £20 each 

Patio furniture cleaned /polished : From £40 

Interior windows cleaning: £10/window 

Hard floor steam cleaning : From £65/first room + £35/extra room (additional charge may apply due to size of room) 

OFFICE DEEP CLEANING : 

Available on a one-time basis or before 

starting recurring services. 

Thorough cleaning to hand wipe reachable surfaces

and fixtures. 

GENERAL CLEAN PLUS… 

Reachable surfaces are HAND WIPED: 

*Blinds hand wiped 

*Furniture dusted & polished 

*Lights dusted 

*Kitchen: cabinet interior and exterior cleaned, if empty 

*Toilet : cabinet interior and exterior cleaned, if empty 

*Skirting boards : cleaned 

*Carpets : vacuum cleaned and deodorised 

*Hard Floors : steam cleaned 

“We will Report noticeable damage and restock supplies needed” ( Charges apply) PLEASE NOTE: 

*For quality cleaning, we request that you place folders and other stationeries in a pile on the desk and secure your valuables before the cleaning service. 

* If clutter is present, we will do our best to clean around it. 

*Your vacuum cleaner is preferred to avoid cross-contamination, yet we will always have one on hand. 

* No cleaning of bodily fluids blood or faeces (animal or human). 

*No climbing higher than a 2-step ladder, higher items will be dusted with an extension. 

• We do our best to reach behind and under furniture, as we do not move heavy furniture or objects. 
• We cannot guarantee the results of blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require multiple visits at an extra charge.
